Complete Construction 3D Printing System and Support
A construction 3D printer is only one part of a reliable production workflow. AMTG supplies an integrated equipment package and supports equipment owners from print preparation through day-to-day operation.
An Integrated Construction 3D Printing Package
The AMTG system is configured around the selected printer and the customer’s intended applications. The supplied package includes the core equipment required to prepare, deliver and print cement-based material with coordinated operation.
- AMTG construction 3D printer selected for the required working area and production method
- Synchronized mixer for repeatable material preparation and controlled batch timing
- Material pump matched to the printing system and delivery requirements
- Power generator for a coordinated, practical power solution at the operating location
- Foam-concrete machine for producing foam concrete used to fill cavities between printed wall shells when specified by the project design
Final equipment configuration depends on the printer model, material system, production plan, electrical requirements and local project conditions. See the AMTG construction 3D printer range.
Material Recipes and Mix Recommendations
AMTG can provide proprietary mix recipes developed for different operating requirements. Recipe variables may include setting time, color, aggregate fraction and plasticity. The objective is to help the equipment owner establish a printable material with the workability, layer stability and process timing required for the selected application.
Where on-site batching is not the preferred approach, AMTG can also recommend suitable commercially available dry mixes. All materials must be validated with locally available ingredients, the selected equipment configuration and the project’s engineering requirements before production use.
Print-File Review and Workflow Assistance
Equipment owners receive assistance with reviewing digital files for printing. This can include identifying geometry that may create printing difficulties, discussing print sequence and helping prepare suitable production files within the agreed support scope.
AMTG’s role is equipment manufacturing, supply and technical support. Customers and their appointed professionals remain responsible for architectural design, structural engineering, permits, code compliance, reinforcement, materials approval, quality control and construction of the finished project.
Access to Practical Owner Experience
AMTG customers can benefit from access to the experience accumulated through completed customer projects—a practical owner network connecting organizations that have purchased equipment and carried out real printing work. This helps new owners learn from proven workflows, operating experience and project-specific solutions without presenting AMTG as the builder or general contractor.

Plan the Right System
To define the appropriate printer and auxiliary equipment, AMTG reviews the intended products or structures, target dimensions, production environment, available materials and expected workflow.
