The ROGUE-01 is a mobile 3D construction printer from the COP (Construction Objects Printing) series, designed for on-site additive manufacturing of buildings and structures directly on prepared foundations.
The printer is a robotic manipulator based system mounted on a mobile automotive chassis, allowing it to independently move to the construction site and operate without dismantling. The system enables concrete printing of single-story buildings, architectural elements, gazebos, fences, and various landscape structures.
The ROGUE-01 can be installed around or inside a foundation. Repositioning the printer during operation allows printing of buildings with a total area of up to 140–160 m².
The printer is built on a pickup chassis and equipped with an AMT MD130 robotic manipulator with high-power servo drives. This configuration ensures fast, precise, and stable movement of the print head within a working radius of up to 4.3 meters.
The printer requires a pressure washer and a synchronized concrete pump station. The basic configuration includes a control PC with preinstalled licensed software.
3D construction printer, Rogue-01 prints based on construction mixes (cement series 400-500), it is also use mixes with mineral additives. The system operates with fine-grained construction mixtures with aggregate fractions up to 3 mm. The mixtures are produced industrially and supplied via a dedicated mixing and pumping station.
