AMTG LLC provides a U.S. commercial point of contact for professional construction 3D printing equipment. We work with customers evaluating concrete printing for residential walls, commercial structures, architectural concrete, prefabricated components, landscape products, and controlled factory production.

Every application begins with a technical review. The appropriate system depends on the required working envelope, site or factory conditions, mobility, material-delivery process, production objectives, available engineering resources, and the products or structures the customer intends to print.

Construction 3D printing equipment for U.S. applications

AMTG offers three equipment families. R-Series robotic platforms support mobile deployment, G-Series gantry systems provide large Cartesian working envelopes, and F-Series systems are configured for factory and precast production. Compare the complete construction 3D printer range.

Mobile robotic printers

The road-mobile AMTG R1 and tracked AMTG R2 are intended for applications where compact deployment, repositioning, or access to different working areas is important.

Large-format gantry printers

The AMTG G1, AMTG G2, and AMTG G4 provide modular gantry configurations for larger wall systems, long elevations, curved geometry, and repeatable layer placement on prepared foundations.

Factory and precast systems

The AMTG F1 and AMTG F2/F2X are designed for controlled production of architectural elements, molds, landscape products, prefabricated components, and repeatable concrete products.

Planning a U.S. construction printing project

Construction requirements vary by state, municipality, building type, and intended use. The customer and its qualified U.S. professionals remain responsible for architectural and structural design, material qualification, reinforcement, foundations, building services, site safety, permits, inspections, code compliance, construction management, and the completed structure.

AMTG focuses on the equipment and printing workflow. We can help define the required machine envelope, evaluate deployment constraints, coordinate the printer with the material-delivery package, prepare operators, and review digital geometry for the selected printing process.

From application review to commissioning

  1. Application definition: intended products or structures, dimensions, location, production targets, and deployment method.
  2. Technical review: working envelope, access, power, material delivery, digital files, and customer capabilities.
  3. System configuration: printer, mixer, pump, generator, controls, and agreed support scope.
  4. Commercial proposal: specifications, availability, delivery, installation, training, warranty, and support terms confirmed in writing.
  5. Commissioning and operator preparation: equipment setup, workflow checks, and training according to the agreed supply scope.
